All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

Please review all photos and product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering.

Authenticity Guarantee

All autographed memorabilia is accompanied by authentication from a trusted third-party authenticator (such as Beckett, Fanatics, JSA, PSA, or another recognized authentication company) as noted in each listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at john1burdette@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• Photos of the shipping label

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
