Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The shipping carrier will be selected based on the destination, package size, and the safest delivery option.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Packaging
Every collectible is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.
Items may include protective materials such as:
- Bubble wrap
- Foam padding
- Protective helmet bags (when applicable)
- Heavy-duty shipping boxes
Our goal is to ensure your memorabilia arrives in the same condition it left our facility.
Signature Confirmation
For high-value items, we may require an adult signature upon delivery to help protect your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging.
- Email us your order number along with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- The packing materials
- The shipping label
We will review the claim and work with the shipping carrier to reach a resolution.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide another appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select items.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
The Gridiron Goldmine is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
The Gridiron Goldmine is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
